Disney ICE offers the finest in youth hockey league play.
Our goal is to exceed your expectations and provide an atmosphere for teamwork and
good quality hockey at a reasonable cost.
Our hockey program is a non-contact league. Disney ICE is committed to the development
of youth hockey with the emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship.

Program Includes:

• 12 Games  (1 hour ice slots)
• 10 Practices and Draft Evaluation Skate
• Jersey & Socks
• Coaches for Each Team
• 5 Public Skating Passes

SQUIRT: 9 & 10 Years Old
Cost: $350.

PEE WEE: 11 & 12 Years Old
Cost: $350.
Games & Practices held on Thurs -Sun
Draft Skate - Sun April 24  1:05pm

BANTAM/MIDGET: 13-17 Years Old
Cost: $350.
Games & Practices held on Thurs -Sun
Draft Skate - Sun April 24  2:15pm

The league may have to combine or separate divisions

All players must complete the registration form.

Deadline for registration is April 24, 2005

All players must be USA hockey registered.

Disney ICE reserves the right to place players and teams at the appropriate level.

Each player will be responsible for providing a

completed waiver and consent form, available at the program office.

All players must have a USA Hockey membership.

The program office will assist those who need USA hockey Individual Memberships.
